Maria Nevarez is the Operations Manager at California Financial Partners, where she enjoys helping clients and supporting the team by creating seamless processes and meaningful connections. Whether she’s coordinating behind the scenes workflows or helping teammates navigate firm processes, Maria enjoys finding solutions, creating efficiencies, and ensuring both clients and colleagues feel supported.

Maria earned her B.A. in Communications, holds a Certificate in Human Resources, and serves as California Notary Public. Before joining the financial world, she spent several years in the legal field as a personal injury paralegal, where she mastered the art of juggling fast-paced work, building structure, and keeping teams aligned.

Outside of work, Maria is fueled by long distance runs, hidden-gem coffee shops, and weekend food adventures with her husband, Melvin, and their daughter Olivia. She also enjoys baking, especially cookies and homemade birthday cakes, because for Maria, the best memories are made in the kitchen and shared with the people she loves.
