Michael C. Frazier is a Financial Advisor with California Financial Partners, Inc., a registered investment advisor and fee-based planning organization. He is a registered representative with LPL Financial. Michael works directly with individuals and families to provide comprehensive and customized solutions for their investment and wealth management needs.

Michael joined the firm in 2024 and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.  His previous experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Client Strategist for BNY Mellon Wealth Management, and Vice President and Wealth Advisor for City National Bank’s Entertainment Division.  Prior to joining City National in 2012, he was employed as an Analyst at Angelo, Gordon & Co., L.P., specializing in alternative investments for individuals, corporations, foundations, and endowments. Prior to that role, he served as a Portfolio Administrator at Kern Capital Management, LLC.

Michael began working with clients in the entertainment industry in 2005.  He has extensive experience working with business managers, CPAs, and attorneys to address the unique and nuanced needs and complexities of advising clients that work in all aspects of the entertainment field. 

Originally from Medfield, Massachusetts, Michael received his bachelor’s degree from New York University.  He is a member of Trusted Advisor, the only private membership group for advisors with high profile music, entertainment, and sports clients, as well as a member of the Motion Picture and Television Fund’s (MPTF) Professional Advisors Network (PAN).    

Michael has twice been a participant in AIDS/Lifecycle, riding his bike 545 miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles and ran both the Los Angeles and Honolulu marathons to raise money for charity.  He is an active volunteer and supporter of Project Angel Food.
