Originally from Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas, Diana Daoheuang brings a diverse background in banking, finance, real estate, and business development to her role as Director of Marketing at California Financial Partners. She began her career early on as Lead Banker at First Convenience Bank, a division of First National Bank, fostering new accounts, client acquisition, business development, and community outreach collaborating with branch and regional leadership. She worked closely with UMB executive leaders on strategic growth initiatives, serving also as Chair of the Asian American Business Resource Group for the Colorado Chapter and was an active member of the Women’s Business Resource Group. 

Diana holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Texas Woman’s University and MBA from Park University. After moving to Los Angeles, California in 2020, she served as Operations Supervisor and Mortgage Loan Originator at East West Bank, earning her license in real estate working with a law firm and a top Beverly Hills brokerage, helping grow business and client relationships. She joined California Financial Partners in April of 2024 as a Client Service Associate working with a senior financial advisor, a former President of NBC Universals Employees Federal Credit Union Investment Planning Division and his book of business, moving into a more strategic role working directly with the firms CEO/President on marketing initiatives, business development strategies, referral partnership building, and overall firm growth and visibility. 

She enjoys spending time with her partner, family and friends, hiking, nature, traveling, and art. Diana is in pursuit of obtaining her series licenses to further expand her financial knowledge and aspires to expand her professional development.
